D Dennison is a dynamic force and a breath of fresh air, a perfect fit for K99.

D has traveled to various places throughout the country in her 20 plus years of radio and made beautiful Colorado her home in 1995. D continued her radio career in Colorado by first working on our sister station, TRI 102.5 and was soon incorporated as the first female news person on K99 with the Good Morning Guys, who would often catch her singing at the top of lungs from her “news” studio. Finally, D made her way onto K99 full-time as the female force to help you through your workday, working on-air from 10-3pm. D has a lot of fun with the All Request Lunch Hour, featured weekdays from noon to 1pm. She occasionally tries to get you to reveal secrets to why you are requesting certain song’s, sometimes she’ll reveal a secret crush or an unspoken love and sometimes, you are just too smart and she can’t get you to budge!
Personally, D is the mother of four beautiful and sometimes ornery children. She has two boys… Zachariah (19) and Colton (11) and two girls… Natasha (18) and Ashley (13). D takes a lot of pride in her children and is their number one fan!

D likes to get involved in her community; she loves her town of Wellington… the atmosphere… the close knit feeling… “ Wellington just feels like home”. She has been the vice-president for the Wellington Jaycees, has been on the Board of Directors for the Larimer County Boys and Girls Club, has been the Chair for the Wellington Boys and Girls Club, was PR Chair for the Wellington Centennial Committee, volunteers as much as time allows and speaks to small groups about radio, life and how to overcome adversity as a youth.
